This Sunday (16th Oct) there will be an animal rehoming event taking place at the Riverside Animal Centre in Beddington Park. If you live the local area then why not pay a visit to the centre where you’ll find plenty of friendly dogs in need of rehoming plus some cats and rabbits too!
The Riverside Animal Centre is a charitable organisation that specialises in care for sick and injured animals in the South London area. Many of the dogs and other domestic animals in their care will unfortunately have had to endure miserable lives at the hands of previous owners who may have mistreated or abandoned them. This is your chance to provide one of these unlucky animals with a much better life in a loving home.
Not only will you find animals looking for a new home, but there will also be plenty of pet stalls selling goods as well as experts offering free advice, so why not bring your own dog along too. You will even be able to have your pet micro-chipped during the event at a cost of £10 and there is no need to make an appointment.
Jeff of Dog School Ltd will also be in Beddington Park during the rehoming event, running dog training classes from 9am until 5.30pm, so this is a great opportunity for you to come and see exactly what you can expect from a training session with Jeff! He runs classes and dog training in Sutton all year round, so if you think your pet might be a bit on the unruly side and could benefit from some extra training then why not come down to the park to see some dog training in action! If you have any questions about Dog School and what we can do for you and your dog then don’t be shy, just ask on the day!
